Can I rent a storage unit and pay online?

Yes. Choose an available space, review its rental plan and complete the online rental process. Existing tenants can use Customer Login to manage payments. Renters in Buildings A, B, and C must bring their own padlock. Padlocks are available for purchase.

Where can I review tenant protection options?

Visit our tenant protection page for plan information and claim instructions. Review the applicable terms, limits and exclusions before choosing a plan.

When can I access my storage unit?

Tenant access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Review your rental and access instructions before arriving, and contact us if you need help with entry.

Is camper washing included with large bays?

Rentals of our 12′ × 40′ and 14′ × 50′ units include camper/RV washing and dumping at Wet Willy’s during the rental period. See our RV and camper storage page and contact us for details about using the benefit.

What do I need before moving in?

Renters must bring their own padlock for all enclosed units in Buildings A, B, and C. Padlocks are available for purchase. Outdoor parking spaces do not require a padlock. Read the move-in instructions and confirm that your belongings fit the unit and doorway before renting.
